PROBLEM
With over 15 years of experience leading a cleaning services company, ONEJOB co-founder Marje saw firsthand how fragmented processes and scattered information were holding businesses back. Despite the cleaning industry’s significant development, there was still no efficient tool designed for our region to streamline operations. Communication relied heavily on phone calls, while critical job details were spread across multiple channels. This inspired the creation of ONEJOB – a smart solution to centralize workflows, simplify information sharing, and bring clarity to everyday operations.
SOLUTION
When it became clear that other cleaning companies across Estonia faced the same challenges, the idea was born to create a digital solution to help businesses securely store and manage their workflows.
