1. General Provisions

1.1. These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter the Terms) govern the use of the web application onejob.ee (hereinafter the Platform) operated by ONEJOB OÜ (registry code 17092880, hereinafter the Company).
1.2. By using the Platform, the user (hereinafter the User) confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms.
1.3. If the User does not agree to the Terms, they are not permitted to use the Platform.

2. Description of the Platform

2.1. The Platform is a digital environment that allows users to create accounts, manage profiles, and use the functionalities provided by the Company in accordance with the purpose of the Platform.
2.2. The Company has the right to modify or update the content, functionality, and structure of the Platform at any time.

3. User Account

3.1. To use certain features of the Platform, the User must create an account.
3.2. The User is responsible for the accuracy and timeliness of the information provided.
3.3. The User is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account details and for all activities carried out through their account.
3.4. The Company has the right to temporarily suspend or terminate the User’s account if the User violates the Terms or applicable laws.

4. User Rights and Obligations

4.1. The User undertakes to:

  • use the Platform in compliance with applicable laws and good practice;
  • not upload or transmit unlawful, misleading, or third‑party rights‑infringing content;
  • not interfere with the operation of the Platform.

4.2. The User is not entitled to:

  • copy, distribute, or modify the Platform content without the Company’s consent;
  • use the Platform for malicious or unlawful purposes.

5. User‑Generated Content

5.1. The User is fully responsible for any content uploaded to the Platform.
5.2. The User confirms that they hold all necessary rights to use and upload such content.
5.3. The User grants the Company a non‑exclusive, royalty‑free, and perpetual license to use the content for the purposes of operating and developing the Platform.

6. Intellectual Property

6.1. All copyrights and intellectual property rights related to the Platform belong to the Company or its licensors.
6.2. These Terms do not grant the User any rights to the Company’s trademarks, software, or other intellectual property.

7. Limitation of Liability

7.1. The Platform is provided on an “as is” basis.
7.2. The Company shall not be liable for:

  • interruptions or technical failures of the Platform;
  • damages caused by the User or third parties;
  • loss of data, except where required by law.

7.3. The Company’s liability is limited to the extent permitted by applicable law.

8. Termination

8.1. The User has the right to close their account at any time.
8.2. The Company has the right to terminate the User’s access to the Platform in case of a breach of the Terms.

9. Processing of Personal Data

9.1. Personal data is processed in accordance with the Company’s Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.
9.2. Use of the Platform requires acceptance of these documents.

10. Amendments to the Terms

10.1. The Company has the right to amend the Terms at any time.
10.2. Users will be informed of material changes via the Platform or by email.

11. Governing Law and Disputes

11.1. These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Estonia.
11.2. Disputes shall be resolved through negotiations. If no agreement is reached, disputes shall be settled in Harju County Court.
