The client selects one or more services from the service provider’s order form and submits an inquiry.
THE ORDER APPEARS IN THE ONEJOB SYSTEM
According to the workflow, the order details are clarified and the work conditions are agreed upon with the client.
THE CONFIRMED ORDER IS ASSIGNED TO THE EMPLOYEE
The employee confirms or rejects the task according to their available schedule.
SMART REMINDERS
1–2 days before the work is carried out, both the the client and employee receive reminders and the necessary information.
THE EMPLYEE PROVIDES THE SERVICE ACCORDING TO THE ORDER
The ONEJOB SOFTWARE provides a task list for each site, allowing the employee to stay up to date with all relevant job details.
LIVE FEEDBACK
In case of a problem, the employee can immediately send feedback to the supervisor through the ONEJOB platform.
FAST REPORTING
Upon completion, the work can be easily marked as finished in the system, with the option to add working hours and photos of the final result if needed.
CLIENT REVIEW
After the work is completed and marked as finished, the client receives a thank-you message with an option to leave feedback.
